Euphoria Factory offers digital art files for download only. These files are intended for you to craft with or create your own physical products via printing/transfer methods such as ink-jet, laser printing, dye sublimation, screen printing, vinyl cutting, etc. We do not create physical products ourselves.

Yes! Once purchased, you may apply our designs to products using whatever methods you choose, then sell those products to your customers.

Typically, a purchased file remains available for download indefinitely. On rare occasion, if a design is retired, the file may no longer be available to re-download. We recommend that you download the file soon after purchase.

Because all sale items are digital downloadable files and not tangible products, we are unable to process returns on digital purchases.

We currently do not take custom design orders. However, we do accept design idea suggestions.

If you have a design need but don’t see it in our shop, please make a design suggestion using the button below. We may be able to add the design to our product line as time permits.

Note: We are unable to create designs utilizing copyrighted or trademarked materials. This includes, but is not limited to popular entertainment characters or logos; literary works; professional, collegiate, or high-school sports teams; musical artists; etc.

Yes! Periodically, we offer a variety of promotional discounts on individual items, or on all items sitewide.

Discounts are typically redeemed using a promotional code. These codes expire after a pre-determined amount of time and can be reclaimed upon checkout at euphoriafactory.com.

Yes! Gift certificates are sold in the form of a digital gift card, and are a great way to support that special craft lover and can be purchased in a variety of denominations.
